Justin Bieber

Some role model....and laughing on his mugshot....it's all a joke to him. Little shit!!!!

Justin Bieber has left jail after being bailed on charges including driving under the influence of drink or drugs and resisting arrest.
The teenage pop star was earlier stopped by Miami police after apparently drag racing where he was clocked in a rented yellow Lamborghini doing around 60mph in a 30mph zone.
Bieber admitted he had been drinking, smoking marijuana and taking prescription medication, police say.

He was arrested and taken to jail from where he made his first court appearance via videolink.
He was also charged with driving with an expired licence and bail was set by a judge at $2,500 (£1,500).
After he was released from jail, Bieber, wearing a hooded black top, sat on top of a waiting SUV for a few seconds and waved to his fans.

Bieber failed a sobriety test during his arrest, authorities claimed, and he swore at officers when he was stopped, according to a copy of the arrest report.
An officer claimed the Canadian singer had "bloodshot eyes" and added he could smell alcohol on his breath.

Police said two SUVs had blocked the road in a residential area of Miami Beach so the 19-year-old star could race a friend, identified as R&B singer Khalil Sharieff, who was driving a rented Ferrari.
Miami Dade state attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle told Sky News: "We take cases like this very seriously. It could have been the recipe for a tragedy."
Bieber told police he was returning from a studio recording session and repeatedly asked why he had been stopped and arrested.

"Why did you stop me?" he asked, according to the report. "Why do you have to search me?"
Speaking at a press conference, Miami Beach Chief of Police Raymond Martinez said the singer had resisted arrest although he had done so "without violence".
Mr Martinez said the 19-year-old Canadian had been "belligerent" and had used some "choice words" when he was arrested.
He said Bieber had been very cooperative once he got to the station.

The star, who reportedly earned $58m (£35m) last year, arrived at Miami-Dade County Jail where he had his mugshots and fingerprints taken.
The van transporting the singer, with blacked-out windows, was trailed by squad cars.
Miami-Dade Police spokesman Sergeant Bobby Hernandez told WSVN in South Florida that officers saw two cars racing at 4.09am.
Mr Hernandez said two vehicles apparently had been used to block off an area on Pine Tree Drive and 26th Street for the race.

Khalil Sharieff was also charged with driving under the influence
He said the second car was a red Ferrari, and that the driver, Khalil, was also arrested. Khalil was later charged with driving under the influence, and his bail was set at $1,000 (£600). Both cars were towed away.
Bieber was pictured in the car with a woman, named in some reports as model Chantel Jeffries, in the driving seat before his arrest.
The teenager has been in Florida for the past few days and has been spotted in nightclubs and at a skate park.
He posted photos on Instagram of him performing tricks on his skateboard and spraying his initials onto a wall at the park.
He is also alleged to have spent thousands of dollars at a strip club called the King of Diamonds.

A first conviction could bring a fine of between $250 (£150) and $1,000 (£600), depending on the level of alcohol, as well as community service and possibly a jail sentence.
Bieber's arrest comes just a week after the singer's California home was raided by police over claims he pelted his neighbour's house with eggs, causing thousands of dollars of damage.
In that case, authorities arrested one member of Bieber's entourage, rapper Lil Za, on suspicion of drug possession.
Last year the singer disappointed thousands of fans in the UK by showing up to gigs late, which left many of his young followers having to leave his performances only moments after he started performing to catch trains home.
He was also involved in a scuffle outside his hotel in London during his colourful visit.

Will

Need to get a new Will done...need to get a lot of things done!!

First Saver Account

I opened a first saver bank account for Connor today, now that he is 7 he meets the criteria. I want to encourage him to start saving and I will pay money into his account monthly like I do with another account I started for him when he was born.

Received Title Deeds

I received a copy of my title deeds and original plan layouts in the post from my solicitor today, the day looms closer. I'm not excited about the move, but it's been a lonely 5 months living alone in this big house. Still can't believe I bought a house without viewing it. I have no idea what I will be facing.

I'm looking forward to getting back to my hometown of Dundee where I will have a better healthcare support to manage my illness.

Totally disgusted!!!!

Little Mikaeel Kular's 33 year old mother has been charged with his death. She also has 4 other children....all I can say is what a fucking tragedy!!!!!

Little Mikaeel Kular

I woke up today to the devastating news that 3 year old Mikaeel Kular from Edinburgh was found dead in Fife and his mother is being detained...WTF is this world coming too???? This news has physically shook me.

Police have removed the body of a young boy from woodland as they continue to question the mother of three-year-old Mikaeel Kular.
The discovery was made near her former home in Kirkcaldy, Fife, and announced by police just after 1am.
A post-mortem examination is understood to be taking place this evening in Edinburgh.
There were gasps from people outside Police Scotland's Edinburgh HQ as Assistant Chief Constable Malcolm Graham announced the body had been found shortly before midnight.
Police said they had detained one person - understood to be Mikaeel's 33-year-old mother Rosdeep - in connection with his disappearance.
ACC Graham said: "The investigation into the disappearance of Mikaeel Kular has been wide-ranging and fast moving.

Forensics officers have been examining an area of woodland
"As a result of enquiries the body of a young child was recovered in Fife just before midnight.
"We strongly believe this to be the body of Mikaeel.
"A person has been detained in connection with the recovery of the body and members of Mikaeel's family have been informed of the recovery."
The discovery is understood to have been made on land surrounding a house in Kirkcaldy, Fife, which is owned by Mikaeel's aunt Pandeep Kular.
The body was removed from the scene at around 3pm on Saturday afternoon.

There was shock when ACC Malcolm Graham announced a body had been found
Sky News Scotland Correspondent James Matthews said: "There is no suggestion that police want to speak to her (the aunt) about any of this at this stage."
A neighbour told Sky News that Rosdeep Kular visited the house alone, by car, last week.
The family lived there for a time before moving to Edinburgh and neighbours remember Mikaeel and his twin sister playing on the steps.
A memorial service organised on Facebook will take place at 7pm today at St Andrew's church in Muirhouse, Edinburgh.
Mikaeel was reported missing from his home in the Scottish capital on Thursday morning.
Hundreds of police officers from across the UK joined the search and lines of volunteers swept the local area, searching for clues about his disappearance.
Police were told that Mikaeel had not been seen since his mother put him to bed on Wednesday night.
Mikaeel Kular case
The body was found around 30 miles from Mikaeel's family home in Edinburgh
On Friday evening ACC Graham revealed the boy had not attended nursery since before Christmas and said there were "grave concerns" for his safety.
Sky News Crime Correspondent Martin Brunt in Edinburgh said: "We know that according to the police, a person was detained last night.
"The police haven't named that person detained, but we understand from our sources that it's Mikaeel's mother Rosdeep, known as Rosie.
"Under Scottish law, she can be detained initially for 12 hours during questioning and then on the say so of a senior officer can be held for another 12 hours.
"At the end of that period police must decide whether to release her, charge her or formally arrest her."
Police analyst Graham Wettone told Sky News: "(His mother) will be questioned as police try to establish what has taken place."

Neighbours have been leaving flowers and toys near the family home
Police Scotland officers have cordoned off the road and been carrying out searches in woodland around Pandeep Kular's Kirkcaldy house.
There was sadness and anger among families living near Rosdeep Kular's home in Ferry Gait, Edinburgh - some 30 miles away across the Firth of Forth - as they woke up to news of the grim discovery.
MSP Colin Keir, who joined the search for Mikaeel, was woken at 5am to be told the news.
He told Sky News: "It's just devastating and I think the community will take it personally.
"There was an unprecedented outpouring from the community in the hunt for Mikaeel.
"The community will be devastated, angry and looking for answers as to why this has happened."
The three-year-old was last seen at his home in Ferry Gait Crescent on Wednesday night
Hundreds of people volunteered to help with the search for Mikaeel
Jackie Brownlee, 29, a mother-of-two who lives opposite the family home, said that local people will support each other as they try to come to terms with what has happened.
She said: "Everyone was hoping and now that hope's gone - we still can't believe it. But I think the community will come together because we have to."
Her son Darren, 11, added: "He was such a cute lad, always running around the street. I can't believe it's happened in my street - I'm really scared now."
Scotland's First Minister Alex Salmond said: "This is a tragic development in this harrowing story and the news that we have all been dreading.
"The hearts of everyone across Scotland and beyond have been touched by the events of recent days."
Police Scotland are also investigating an offensive Twitter comment relating to the case, which originated in the Greater Manchester area and was reported by an Edinburgh resident.
Denise Fergus, the mother of James Bulger, the two-year-old who was murdered in Liverpool in 1993, tweeted her condolences.
She said on Twitter: "My heart is aching for that poor boy Mikaeel Kular brings it all back so sad."

Packing up and moving on...

Spent today packing up for my move next Tuesday, very sad :-( Life is about moving on as best we can. Like MS, things happen and we all have to move on as best as we can.
Cannot believe how much stuff I have to sort and pack up...just as well I am leaving 99% of the furniture, its going to take all my time having my personal stuff and the stuff I have collected to be moved.

This is my second last Saturday in what was my dream house :-(
