Today I am extremely tired having had only a few hours sleep, my leg is having issues bending at the knee and some shaking in hands, to be considered going by my recent sleep deprivation.
One thing for it today - 1) lay on sofa 2) turn on the music 3) sleep!!
Not hungry today but couldn't stop drinking water.
Breakfast - None.
Lunch - None.
Dinner - Lorne sausage, 3 x pork sausages, fried egg & fries, strawberry trifle, 500ml bottle of water
