Today I woke from a nice sleep and thought I was Action Man again by exercising like a mad one. I walked on my treadmill for 20 mins, carried out various exercises on my legs and arms. Immediately started doing squats and after about 8 I lost my legs and landed on my ass lol.
I spent the afternoon with my legs wired up to my muscle stimulator whilst listening to music.
Breakfast - None
Lunch - Chicken & sweet corn sandwiches x 2, 500ml bottle of water
Dinner - (ditched the pizza) Chicken pie, potatoes, peas, carrots, 500ml bottle of water
