So today I got my ass into gear and started some light exercising today. Worked mainly on leg lifts and stretching, lifting some light weights.
My mum and aunt came out to visit me today and done a bit of cleaning when they were here :-) I'm not that untidy...honest!!!!
Tonight was a night in with movies, beers & pizza.
Breakfast - Roll with Butter, Cup of Tea
Lunch - Cheese & Pickle Roll, 500ml Bottle of Water
Dinner - Spicy Chicken Pizza, Budweiser Beers, Crisps
