That is the date when I move into my new house, still can't believe I am paying cash for it right out without having seen it, but desperation does weird things to you sometimes.
I heard from the vendors solicitors and one of their points was the burglar alarm although fitted, was not working, so the purchaser, i.e me, shouldn't expect it to be working on entry...I have made a request they fix this prior to moving in, and I have heard they have a lot of bricks on their drive, which again I have requested they move prior to entry...my Mustang parking here!!!
