Friday 18th April: Day 5 on my Paleo Diet

So day 5...

Breakfast:

Bowl of Oatmeal
Cup of Green Tea

Lunch:

Plate of Sardines, kale, lettuce
Bowl of assorted fruits
500ml bottle of water

Dinner:

2 x Chicken Breasts, Rice
500ml bottle of water
