Afternoon Snack:
Bowl of Pumpkin Seeds
500ml Bottle of Water
Dinner:
Shrimp, rice, kale, lettuce, pumpkin seeds
Bowl of Grapes
Cup of Green Tea
500ml Bottle of Water
Evening Snack:
Large Bowl of mixed Fruit (various colours)
Bowl of Almonds
