Thursday 17th April - Day 4 on my Paleo Diet

So I have made it to day 4....

Breakfast:

Bowl of Oatmeal
1 x Banana
2 x Apple
2 x Cups of Green Tea

Lunch:

Salad consisting of Chicken, Kale, Lettuce, Beetroot, Cucumber, Virgin Olive Oil
1 x Banana
1 x Apple
Bowl of Mixed Fruit
Cup of Green Tea

Afternoon Snack:

Bowl of Pumpkin Seeds
500ml Bottle of Water

Dinner:

Shrimp, rice, kale, lettuce, pumpkin seeds
Bowl of Grapes
Cup of Green Tea
500ml Bottle of Water

Evening Snack:

Large Bowl of mixed Fruit (various colours)
Bowl of Almonds
