Tuesday 15th April - Day 2 of my Paleo Diet

So I have made it to day 2 lol.

Breakfast:
Bowl of Oatmeal
1 x Banana
1 x Apple
2 x Cups of Green Tea

Lunch:
Salad consisting of Tuna, Salmon, Kale, Lettuce, Beetroot, Cucumber, Virgin Olive Oil
1 x Banana
1 x Apple
Bowl of Red & Green Grapes
Cup of Green Tea

Afternoon Snack:
Bowl of Pumpkin Seeds
500ml Bottle of Water

Dinner:
Steak, onions, chips, mixed coloured peppers, kale, lettuce
Bowl of Strawberries
Cup of Green Tea
500ml Bottle of Water

Evening Snack:
Large Bowl of mixed Fruit (various colours)
Bowl of Dried Fruits
