Monday 14th April - Day 1 of my Paleo Diet..

So I started my Paleo Diet and I am determined to stick to this and will post everyday what I eat.

Breakfast:
Bowl of Oatmeal
1 x Banana
1 x Orange
1 x Apple
Cup of Green Tea

Lunch:
Salad consisting of Kale, Lettuce, Cabbage, Red Peppers, Yellow Peppers, Green Peppers, Beetroot, Cucumber, Virgin Olive Oil
1 x Banana
1 x Apple
Bowl of Red & Green Grapes
Cup of Green Tea

Afternoon Snack:
Bowl of Pumpkin & Sunflower Seeds
500ml Bottle of Water

Dinner:
2 x bowl of Vegetable Soup
Steak, onions, baked potato, mixed coloured peppers, kale
Bowl of peaches in natural juice
500ml Bottle of Water

Evening Snack:
Large Bowl of mixed Fruit (various colours)
Bowl of Almonds
