Wednesday 16th April - Day 3 of my Paleo Diet

So I have made it to day 3...

Breakfast:

Bowl of Oatmeal
1 x Banana
2 x Apple
2 x Cups of Green Tea

Lunch:

Salad consisting of Tuna, Salmon, Kale, Lettuce, Beetroot, Cucumber, Virgin Olive Oil
1 x Banana
1 x Apple
Bowl of Strawberries & Raspberries
Cup of Green Tea

Afternoon Snack:

Bowl of Pumpkin Seeds
500ml Bottle of Water

Dinner:

Chicken breast,sweet potatoes, kale, lettuce
Bowl of Grapes
Cup of Green Tea
500ml Bottle of Water

Evening Snack:

Large Bowl of mixed Fruit (various colours)
Bowl of Pumpkin Seeds
